FitTrainr is the product of coaches, AI engineers, and healthcare and technology leaders who got tired of watching great coaches lose time to bad software. The team brings decades of combined experience across strength and conditioning, clinical-adjacent wellness, machine learning, and product infrastructure.
Why we built this
The patchwork was the problem.
The average independent coach manages client nutrition in one app, training in another, scheduling in a calendar, messages in WhatsApp, leads in a spreadsheet, and invoicing through a payment link. Every handoff is a chance for context to disappear and a client to feel like a number.
Our partners are active coaches. The founding team coaches real clients, manages real rosters, and builds and ships real software — including systems that operate at enterprise scale in health-adjacent industries. The intersection of those experiences is FitTrainr.
The platform decisions you'll notice — CRM built in, AI that sounds like you, org controls that don't require a dedicated IT department — come directly from working through exactly those problems. We didn't design for a pitch deck. We designed for the coach who has six tabs open and a client calling in four minutes.

Software is the backstage. The coach is the show. We will never insert ourselves between a coach and their client.
Wellness is not medicine.
FitTrainr is a wellness platform, full stop. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure, and we enforce that standard on every AI-generated output on the platform.
Data is a tool, not a verdict.
Adherence rates and macro logs tell you where to look. The coach decides what it means. We are not building a system that overrules the professional.
Privacy by default.
No advertising, no data brokering, no third-party tracking pixels on a fitness journal. Your clients' data belongs to your clients.
Built for longevity.
Software optimised for a funding round looks very different from software you would want to run your business on long-term. We are building the second kind.
