This page exists for one reason: to let you see — and change — the only privacy choice this website ever asks you to make. It also satisfies the California "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" requirement (CCPA/CPRA), but you don't need to be in California to use it, and you don't need an account.

The short version

  • We never sell your personal information for money.
  • Your wellness and fitness data is never shared with advertisers. Workouts, nutrition logs, body weight and measurements, progress photos, coaching messages, client records — there is no switch for any of that below, because it is not shared, full stop.
  • The only optional sharing is one advertising pixel on this marketing website — the Meta Pixel, off by default, on only if you opt in. That is what the control below manages.

Checking your current choice…

Your choice is stored in this browser only — it is not tied to an account, and you would need to set it again in another browser or after clearing site data. Turning it off stops the pixel and deletes its cookies from this site.

What the switch controls

When the switch is on, our marketing pages load the Meta Pixel, which shares two categories of information with Meta Platforms, Inc.: identifiers (a random cookie ID and your IP address) and internet activity (which public marketing pages you view, and ad-click identifiers when you arrive from a Meta ad). We use it for ad measurement and retargeting — nothing else. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy as an independent controller. California law calls this kind of disclosure "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising; the full disclosure lives in section 7 of our Privacy Notice. When the switch is off, the pixel script is not loaded at all — nothing is shared.

Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser setting that tells every site you visit "do not sell or share my personal information" — automatically, so you don't have to click through a banner on every site. Some browsers support it natively and others via an extension.

We treat GPC as binding. If your browser sends the signal, advertising stays off on this site no matter what — it overrides the banner, and it overrides any earlier opt-in recorded above. The control above will tell you when GPC is active.

Other ways to exercise your rights

For access, correction, export, deletion, or any other privacy request, see the Privacy Notice or email support@fittrainr.com. You can also manage how Meta itself uses data about you in Meta's ad preferences.
