Frequently asked
- I'm a client — how do I sign in?
- Use the email address your coach used to invite you. If you don't see the invite, ask your coach to re-send it from inside the app, or check your spam folder.
- I'm a coach — can I bring my existing clients over?
- Yes. Invite each client by email or share your unique sign-up link. Bulk import is on the roadmap; for now, the invite UI keeps the process under a minute per client.
- Does FitTrainr replace my certification, insurance, or licence?
- No. FitTrainr is software. You remain responsible for your professional credentials and any local licensing requirements. See our terms of service.
- Is FitTrainr a medical app?
- No — and we are explicit about that. FitTrainr is a wellness and fitness platform. We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI), are not a HIPAA-covered entity, and do not provide medical services. Read the wellness disclaimer for the full statement.
- Can I delete my account?
- Yes. Sign in and visit your profile, or use the public account deletion page if you can't sign in.
- Where is my data hosted?
- On Google Cloud Platform in the
us-central1region (Iowa, USA). See our privacy notice for the full picture, including international transfer language for EU users. - Do you have a status page?
- Not yet — it's on the post-launch roadmap. In the meantime, ongoing incidents are posted to the in-app banner and to support@fittrainr.com subscribers.
